Travel Fee
A Travel Fee will be added to all sessions taking place outside of our Lesson Territory, unless you have worked with the trainer previously.
An additional $25 per session will be added to the individual lesson fee.
Parking Fee
Parking Fees apply if the only parking available is pay parking. This cost will be passed on to the client.
Private Lesson Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or your session will be forfeited.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Private Lesson Refund
No refunds will be given for unused sessions purchased as part of a multi-session package.
Packages expire 12 months from date of the first session of the package.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The dog is unable to physically complete the training, has passed away or is rehomed
- There is a family emergency that prevents completion of the package
- Fetch! Dog Training decides, for any reason, not to continue training
Payments
Payments must be paid in full prior to or at the first training session.
Payments can be made via Credit Card, Check made payable to Fetch! Dog Training or Cash.
A $50 fee will be added to any checks returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds.
